How do I pay?+
Currently we are working away from a paper system to electronic for your connivence. Typically, we send out a monthly bill and return envelope to the listed billing address. Checks and cash are the only options available at the moment.
How long do I have to pay an invoice?+
Invoices are given a 30 day notice to pay. Failure to pay may result in a late fee and termination of the contract.
What happens if my property is damaged?+
We are fully licensed and insured. We work diligently to do our best to avoid damages but it does happen on rare occasions. We will take responsibility to work with the property owner in order to turn a wrong into a right.
How do I get onto a list?+
The best way to get onto our list is to fill out the contact form or simply call us at 515-333-7143. We will post openings as our company grows.
When does the work get accomplished?+
This varies depending on the season. Spring through fall most of the work is completed between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. In the winter months we must complete our commercial accounts before moving into our residential; all work must be completed the day after the precipitation has ceased.
Do you have a walk-in office?+
Unfortunately, no, this is currently being worked on and will eventually be available for our customers .
How can we know you will do a good job?+
We verify that all our employees are knowledgeable and have had previous experience on all aspects of the job before being allowed onto a customer’s property. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and will work with the owner in order to achieve their happiness.

What size mowers are available?+
We operate Scag mowers ranging in sizes from 36 inch cutting decks and up to 61 inch cutting decks. We work with the property owner during the consultation to determine which size fits the lawn best.
